Note that labels are kiss-cut and delivered on rolls that are 4" or 5" in width (depending on the substrate chosen).

If your labels are to be cut to a non-standard shape, please include a dieline for cutting in addition to your artwork.

Substrate Descriptions

Semi-Gloss Paper w Permanent Adhesive

• Our least-expensive and most common option.
• Semi-Gloss finish with a permanent adhesive.
• Will not stand up to moisture - suitable for indoor applications.

Matte Laser Litho Paper, Smooth, with Permanent Adhesive

• Paper option with a matte finish
• Will not stand up to moisture - suitable for indoor applications.

Matte Vinyl w Permanent Adhesive

• Vinyl material suitable for wet environments.
• Matte finish with a permanent adhesive.

Matte Vinyl Film with Removable Adhesive

• Vinyl materials suitable for wet environments.
• Matte finish with a removable adhesive.

BOPP Plastic Matte

• BOPP films are commonly used in food packaging.
• This is the most durable of all our current substrates as it will not tear like paper or vinyl.

Clear Gloss Polyester with Permanent Adhesive

• Clear option commonly used with white ink printing.
• Gloss finish with permanent adhesive.
• White ink is usually used beneath the print layer for greater opacity.
• Suitable for wet environments.

Black Matte Eclipse Laser Paper with Permanent Adhesive

• Solid black paper with permanent adhesive.
• White ink is usually used beneath the print layer for greater opacity.

Natural Brown Laser Kraft Paper with All Temp (AT20) Permanent Adhesive

• Kraft brown paper with permanent adhesive.
• White ink is usually used beneath the print layer for greater opacity.
